DHDTech.io was founded by Diogo Hudson Dias, a technologist with over 25 years of experience building software, leading engineering teams, and consulting for companies across the globe. After spending years working with US companies and seeing firsthand the challenges they face finding quality engineering talent, Diogo started DHDTech.io with a simple premise: US companies deserve better people than the typical outsourcing experience — senior engineers who feel in-house, not interchangeable seats.
Too many outsourcing firms assign junior developers, hide behind layers of account managers, and treat clients as interchangeable revenue streams. DHDTech.io takes a different approach. We’re small by design — because quality doesn’t scale the way headcount does. Every engineer is personally vetted by Diogo, every client has direct access to our founder, and every engagement is treated as a partnership, not a transaction.

Based in Brasília, Diogo reviews every engineer we place and stays directly involved through the life of your engagement. You get senior talent and a founder who answers.
Over 25 years, Diogo has shipped production systems for the institutions that power LATAM's largest banks — work where uptime and data integrity are non-negotiable. He started as a Database Administrator, which taught him early to treat data as the structural foundation of any serious software system. In recent years he has led infrastructure and full-stack engineering at Cornershop/Uber, SKF Group, and Courted.io, where he drove the rollout of AI across a recruiter platform for the US real estate market.
