Discovery Call

A 30-minute conversation with Diogo to understand your technical needs, team culture, and timeline. We discuss your tech stack, the roles you need, and how our engineers would integrate with your existing team.

Timeline: Day 1

Candidate Matching

We handpick 2-3 senior engineers from our vetted talent pool who match your technical requirements and team dynamics. Each candidate comes with a detailed profile covering their experience, tech stack, and communication style.

Timeline: 3-5 business days

Technical Interview

You interview the candidates using your own process. We can also run a joint technical assessment if you'd like our input. You choose the engineer who fits best — no pressure, no obligation.

Timeline: 1-3 days

Onboarding

Your new engineer gets access to your tools (GitHub, Slack, Jira/Linear, cloud console) and starts contributing. We pair them with your team for the first sprint to accelerate ramp-up. Most engineers are productive within the first week.

Timeline: Week 2

Delivery & Iteration

From here, it's business as usual. Your DHD Tech engineers work as full members of your team — attending standups, participating in code reviews, and shipping features. We run monthly check-ins to ensure everything is running smoothly.
